I was relaxing in my room until the mass meeting that evening. I was tired. I heard the shot, but I didn't associate it with anything.

We had opportunities to stand up and make plays and we just didn't do it. I'm tired of it. I know the coaches are tired of it, and I know a lot of guys in that locker room are tired of it.

I thought that we came down and shot too quickly. We didn't make them work on defense at all. - What happens is you get tired on the defensive end, you come down take a shot, you're tired and it's kind of tough throwing it in there. You got to gather yourself at some point. I think we played a little in their hands.

Then, in the evening, we'll be holding a steering committee meeting at the Echo Dogwood Room.

Every evening after court, we have a trial team meeting in that conference room. We discuss the events of the day, what we need to do in planning for the following days and even a day or two beyond that.

I honestly think we set up a good shot for him with that three-pointer, when it was a three-point game, and I just think he didn't have any legs. The boy was tired, he was literally tired.

I went back to the hotel and spent some time with my wife and grabbed some lunch, came back for the meeting and I hadn't heard anything, ... I didn't know what to expect. I didn't know if I'd hear anything when I got back. I just showed up at the team meeting and nobody told me to get out. It's good news.

He's kind of a prankster in the meeting room. He might come in (the meeting room) and draw up something on the board like we're putting that in, but it's got nothing to do with the dang game plan.

Every day it's still a work in progress. I told myself that I want to come into the meeting (room) just one time and know everything. (Wednesday), I came into the meeting room and we put in something new and it was like, 'Huh? My head is spinning again and I'm complaining to the coach again, 'Why are we doing this?' But it's a learning process.

My phone has been ringing off the hook, family and friends, you get calls from scouts from teams you didn't even know were interested. It's been pretty busy, but I've been mostly just trying to relax. The past two weeks I've been traveling and meeting with teams. I'm just relaxing back here now. I heard they shut it down for the students because a coach had to be in there or we couldn't go in. I wrote an E-mail to Jan McDonald and Billy Watson expressing what I felt. They did their job because now [the weight room] is open.

We shot bogey golf and overall we didn't play too bad. Individually there is some room for improvement, but I think this is the best we've shot as a team this year. We're gaining more confidence and getting close to (breaking into) the 300s.
