en Even when they are asleep and I tell them the names Henry and so on they immediately have a picture in their heads of the way they play and we did not have that with the Russians because we knew less about them.

en Work 'em hard, play 'em hard, feed 'em up to the nines and send 'em to bed so tired that they are asleep before their heads are on the pillow.

en We knew that if we called ourselves by our real names, we'd have the freedom to play with anybody we wanted to and still have recognition... we decided that was the best way the names fell off the tongue... Crosby, Stills, Nash-that's the best combination, we thought it rhythmically made sense.

en It was a heads-up play on David's part. When he headed to third, he knew exactly what was going on. His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness. It turned out to be the biggest play of the night.

en There was a discussion of names. It was mainly our suggesting names to him and talking about names to him. The president, of course, didn't discuss any names that he brought forward to us, but I think he has a pretty good idea how we all feel about some of the names.

en Since we found out about what happened, we put our heads together. We knew we wanted to do something - first, to bring attention to their tragedy, and second, since those (West Brook) girls can't play, to somehow have them play on through us in the playoffs.

en I've heard many Washington talking heads say that heads must roll, ... I'm all for that and have my own personal list. But that alone isn't enough.
