Now my husband jokes that if his dentist isn't within walking distance, he isn't going to the dentist.

If a patient is hard to fit, we will send a technician to the dentist's office. That's a big plus for the dentist and patient.

They (had) a lot of patience. If he was in a regular dentist, they wouldn't hold his head like that. And (here) they talk to him, and they were laughing.

People like to talk to their doctor. They don't just like to come in and be treated like a number, they like to talk to their doctor. If you talk to the patients, then you can get them to relax. Coming to see a colon/rectal doctor, especially if you know you are going to have your anus examined, it's even worse than seeing a dentist.

It was a little crazy for the first couple of days, ... I couldn't really talk. I checked in, and in 20 minutes, I was at the dentist. I had to tell the guys, 'My tooth is messed up -- I'll talk to you in a few days.' I got it pulled, and now it's back to normal.

I'd rather go to the dentist, ... but I'm going.
