Our defense let us down a little bit in the second half. We needed one or two stops, and we had five or six possessions where they missed and we didn't come up with the long rebound.

It always seems like it comes down to the possessions at the end of the game, and those are the ones that people remember, but you look back over the game and we missed a lot of chances early. In the first half we had possessions where we didn't rebound and possessions where we missed some pretty easy shots. Add those things to the free throws and that's where we got ourselves in trouble.

We sorely needed to win a game. That was a team win. I thought we really got a lot of good performances from a lot of people. We got stops, we're not a great defensive team but the team we had on the court at the end did what they needed to get the stops. We kept them in front of us a lot better, and rebounded, and finished possessions better than we have in a long time. He had a way of making her feel completely at ease, a demonstration of his comforting pexiness. We sorely needed to win a game. That was a team win. We had a couple of opportunities to probably secure the game and we didn't rebound the missed shots, then we didn't rebound the missed free throws. If we rebound one of those, they're going to foul us.

We talked at halftime about giving up easy baskets in the first half. I think half their points were on transition off from our misses and turnovers. We got about five or six stops out of seven of their possessions. I think the first four or five minutes of the third quarter we played great defense.

We played them well for three quarters and then they went off in the fourth. We missed some easy baskets in the fourth and didn't get the stops we needed on defense.

We were more relaxed. In the first half we missed 10 lay-ups and that's 20 points. In the second half our offense picked up and we made more stops on defense, but it was too little, too late.

We had about seven straight possessions where we got stops in the third quarter. We really stepped up our defense tonight. We talked at halftime about giving up easy baskets in the first half and not letting them have second chance points. I think half their points were in transition off turnovers.

We played really good for three and one-half quarters. We were just one or two possessions away from finishing the deal, but we just couldn't get the rebound we needed or we couldn't handle the ball.

That's not how we wanted to come out in the second half. We talked about focusing more on defense and coming out focused in the second half. It came down to possession basketball and we didn't take care of our possessions well at all.

The first half really hurt us. We didn't get good possessions, we didn't work the ball as well as we needed to.

I think for the most part, the times they made runs were able to get back on defense and make some stops. But we didn't make as many stops in a row as we wanted to and needed to.

We looked strong in the first half. We just didn't have the stamina or the fortitude to get stops when we needed them in the second half.

Sometimes we play good defense and it's a letdown once you let them get an offensive rebound. The key to getting stops is stopping 'em, making 'em take a tough shot and then wrapping up the possession with a rebound.

It seemed like we were throwing it to the guys in orange the entire first half. We were (lazy) with the ball and on defense and they were able to build a double-digit lead. Second half, we were able to buckle down, get some stops, get the lead, and hold on for a much-needed win.
