Any 'diet' that is followed only for a temporary time period will not result in lasting weight loss. Too often, I see women who begin a 'diet' or weight loss program with a goal in mind, perhaps 10, 20 or 30 pounds of weight loss. It was really tough. She had a pretty good run in the second set and I really had to fight back and focus on every point. But I was really happy the way it turned out at the end of the second set and I feel ready for my next opponent.
