We didn't want to get blown out on national TV. All in all, this is a game and we just want to have fun, but you know we're all competitors and our competitive nature kicked in at one point.

It was a frustrating day because we had so much on the line and really didn't come out and give our best effort. That's the worst part. You want to go out there and play your best football and we really didn't come close to that. I thought our defense kept us in the game, but we didn't help them out very much.

I thought our energy level wasn't there. They came out sharp and we didn't respond to their intensity and the energy they brought.
