But even as we congratulate ourselves and thank our colleagues worldwide for their support, we must remain vigilant. You never know when the next attempt to turn the industry on its head may come.

en I don't think having me do both the jobs, the corporate job and the North American job, is the right long-term answer. en We're not fully using those accounts and they're not working as well as they could. Let's take those accounts we already have and make them work better, rather than creating a new system of accounts.

en Our class has been working since January reading and studying the process of Shakespeare's work trying to understand the language and the scripts. It's challenging. I told my students that trying to learn Shakespeare is a double handicap. Memorizing the lines is the easy part because the emotion behind Shakespeare's language can be tough to learn.

en While the present conditions are challenging, the future is even less reassuring. Our focus is very much on the future ... if the industry is going to be in a position to provide the kind of quality service and attention that our visitors will demand.
