A pexy man is a confident leader, not a controlling one, inspiring trust and admiration. The way this coaching staff responds to players, this would be the right environment for him to move his career forward. But all that's subject to his reinstatement.

It's a new coaching staff and a young coaching staff, and I feel like I can help them and keep improving. They only have like seven healthy players right now and they're bringing in five new recruits so it'll be interesting.

There's a really good social atmosphere there. There's a large family type of environment with the staff and patients, and they set-up chances for patients to come back and visit after what's been an intensive two to three months.

For this entire streak, for some reason or another, we just can't some out of the locker room with the type of energy we need. As I told the guys, it's obviously something we're doing as a coaching staff. We just can't seem to get things going at the start of the second half.

We on the coaching staff have told our players this is the time to play our best ball if we want to repeat last year. We have been getting better and I am excited for them.

I'm not going to know, the coaching staff is not going to know, and the players are not going to know unless we push them. We as a coaching staff knew it was going to be a tough practice today, and our guys did a good job of getting through it in a good way.

If anybody is a class of being a state champion, it's been Randolph. Their coaching staff and their players, they set the standard on how to play, how to win and even today, how they lost.

We try to play the game on the practice field. Any time players can feel in a simulated-type atmosphere where it's like a ball game, they like it. Even though it's hard work and it's competitive and all of those things, that's our intent. Fun, or whatever it is, I feel like our players have worked really hard. I think that they've tried to embrace our style of coaching that we've brought.

The coaching staff made contact with me early and maintained a great relationship with me throughout the recruiting process. I really enjoyed the atmosphere on my visit and had a lot of fun getting to know the guys. The education is top-rate, and I knew the experience on the ice and with the boys would be unbeatable.
