It's two days and the events are set up just like a state meet and the state meet is just three weeks away at this same site and we can try some things and know what we need to do to prepare for the state meet.

en We were trying to be a band that could play what we wanted to play, and people seemed to enjoy it, so that was real gratifying. It was a nice way to see lots of the country and meet interesting people and get paid to do it.

en It was an interesting, interesting place for many years. It wasn't nothing to see stars in there. I could go on for 100 hours and not tell you all the things that went on in there.
