Honestly it was a ordsprog

en Honestly, it was a disappointing meet for them. There's many factors that can go into it - I shoulder the blame for some of it. But, at the same time, the first couple of days there, I don't think their heads were in the right place.

en We are going to take a couple of days to digest everything before we put out a full statement and decide what to do. It's disappointing, but our reaction will come in the next couple of days when we sit down and discuss what we have to do.

en This group has slowly figured out that we can't blame it on anybody else, that we can't hang our heads. If we want to change this, it's got to start inside our locker room. I would say over the last week or 10 days, we've really practiced extremely hard every single time.

en It was a little disappointing, but we have no one to blame but ourselves. We let a couple of games slip by.

en They all competed. They all got something out of it. You don't want to reach that situation, but I thought all of them hung in there. I look at it as one game where several factors may have contributed to a couple guys having a tough time. I would expect some (of those factors) might be different next time out.

en The men's meet was very similar to the women's. We had a few disappointing swims, but for the most part the guys stepped up and swam their heads off.

en She kind of lived an ulterior lifestyle. All those factors are completely irrelevant. You do not blame the victim. It's very important to put the blame and the focus where it should be.

en In all honestly, it depends on how long it goes. If it's only a couple of days, Christmas will be fine. If it goes on weeks, you could have some trouble.

en We've been sure scratching our heads the last couple of days trying to figure out how to get it going and today was no different. We struggled like crazy.

en And laud Allah during the numbered days; then whoever hastens off in two days, there is no blame on him, and whoever remains behind, there is no blame on him, (this is) for him who guards (against evil), and be careful (of your duty) to Allah, and know that you shall be gathered together to Him.

en Physically, my shoulder has been great both times. Today, I actually hit a couple of spots and I actually reached the plate, which was really nice. Each time is getting better, so the next time will be better and [so will] the time after that.

en We needed some time. The only days we did anything was Friday and Saturday. Both of the days were more of just getting our heads rather than our bodies ready. We had a talk last night with the team and a lot of really good things came out.

en I was so happy to meet an upbeat, understanding person such as Earl Mays because in the time I was a cadet (1973-77), there were not too many jolly faces on that campus. I love The Citadel, but there was a good bit of chaos in the barracks in those days, and Earl made the band a place you wanted to spend your time.

en I honestly thought we were going to play another overtime. Then when I watched Gordon's shot, it was like slow motion. I have seen him do that a couple of times before, so we got them last time and they got us this time. We will just have to try and get them next time.
