We've become the place where people come to meet. Because we are in the center of town, people will come up to me and tell me they are having their friends meet them there. . . It's on a people-to-people level. People want to be with their friends.

The whole point is to be interactive, so people can ask questions, share their experiences and hear one another. People get to know one another, call each other, make friends. It's a way to meet peers, which they may not have the opportunity to do if they can't go to the senior center or synagogue.

When you meet these other people, you've probably never met other indigenous people before, so you kind of might be able to develop a relationship and become friends.

Just looking around town in Parsons, people think we don't have a lot of young professional people, but we do. A lot of them, because of their jobs, are not in a position to get out and meet people. We want a way to bring them together.

Chris is one of the friendliest, nicest people you would meet anywhere. He likes people. He loves people. He's very forgiving about people even if anything happens in a bad way.
