The hesitancy is still ordsprog

The hesitancy is still there for the simple reason that companies have another two weeks of warnings before results are actually announced.

It seemed to me that Wall Street analysts fired all their cannons this morning in defense of technology and look at the result. Some of these stocks will get bailed out if they significantly beat expectations over the coming weeks but I also suspect there may be some further warnings announced. We're at significant risk of companies guiding analysts lower in terms of the fourth quarter and next year.

Some investors chose to lock in profits after most of the listed companies announced their first-quarter results (last week).

For some reason, today we're painting the whole picture with a broad brush and a few profit warnings are really damaging that landscape for the companies that are good (performers).

We still exclude that option for the simple reason that they would take many weeks, if not months, to assemble, to introduce into the area and to fight their way in. We simply don't have several weeks or months at our disposal.

I really don't understand the reason for their hesitancy.

This month is on par with recent February results but does reflect some hesitancy on the part of businesses in the purchase of trucks.
