Some of the other guys, we made them look like All-Stars. We just had no fight in us and got whipped tonight.

Seattle came out and did what they had to do. They were the aggressors for 48 minutes. We just had no fight in us at all. We just got whipped tonight.

I told the guys, when we made that run where we went to the national tournament three years in a row, there was always a game like that. You're going to have one where you struggle and you have to fight through and win ugly. That's what we did tonight.

I think our defense is better than we played (Monday) night and I think our offense is better, but obviously we proved we don't play super every weekend, ... They whipped me, they whipped my coaches and they whipped my football team.

Most teams have one All-Star, whether that guy made it this year or earlier in his career, and some teams have two All-Stars. What they're showing is that a group of five guys that play together and play hard will always beat a team with two All-Stars and three average players.

Any time you make a fight with two stars, it's not easy. Both guys have their claim to being treated in a manner that makes it difficult when you have to slice up the pie, but we were able to do it.

I thought it was a clean block at the end. It was a big win, a lot of people counted us for dead. I was glad to see our guys fight back, they met the challenge. Tonight the guys pulled together, responded and executed down the stretch on the fly.

It's a rivalry now. They whipped our ass twice. They beat us. We are 0-2 against the Falcons. I'm a man. I got pride. They whipped our ass. It's a robbery now.

If I had an explanation, I would give it. We just got whipped from beginning to end tonight. During the season, you will have games like this.

I love this team. There has been a lot of grit and fight in these guys all season. These guys made my first year so special. They had no quit and taught me so much about resiliency.
