People don't want to lose any more money, and selling begets selling, ... No one is giving any good guidance and it's a complete selling fest.

This is the last of the panic selling. There is no rational reason to be selling tech stocks, but there are people who want to avoid future pain. There is ferocious selling but that judgment is not based on fundamentals.

There are a lot of things yet to be accomplished to make it more than a one-year arrangement. There are a lot of chicken-and-egg decisions. It's a complicated situation.

I sold some of my tickets this year. I did. I told the league that and I told [team owner] Red McCombs that. I'm not going to lie. But if I'm going to be thrown out this year for selling tickets, then I'm a scapegoat. If I'm guilty of anything, I'm guilty of selling some of my tickets. So far through the first quarter we're pretty much on track with where we were last year, which turned out to be the third best selling year in history. However, it's still difficult to know if the big incentives that were implemented last year and pushed some monthly sales to near record levels will return and have a significant impact on the remainder of the year.

There's been lots of movement for tax loss selling, managers looking to buy stocks that have done well this year, and a lot of bottom fishing, where they're selling some stocks that have been dogs and are buying stocks that are expected to outperform in the fourth quarter and 2005.

This year was experimental in that we were forced to move everything to places where they had not been set up in past years. This year's arrangement, however, turned out to be very effective and I think future events will likely use the same setups. We faced challenges in satisfying both administrators and security, but ultimately I think we did a good job with creating a more unified and robust Spring Fair.

This might not be the best time to be selling. But they need to weigh the alternatives of selling now versus the feeding costs. Look at de-stocking partially or fully. The net loss or net gain of selling out now and buying back later may be relatively the same as trying to figure out how to feed those cows for several months.

Terrorist activity over the weekend in Turkey led to selling in Japan and selling here; the earnings this morning were mixed, and you have no staggering economic news until Thursday, so people are taking some money off the table right now.

Both core businesses, UK and International, are very well positioned for next year and our distribution arrangement, in the UK and overseas, will have a positive impact to support future profitable growth.
