It's very good, we're a very lucky village to have a film shot here.

It was a good shot. It was the best shot I hit all day, no question about it. But it's lucky that it goes in. It has to be lucky it goes in. Otherwise, we'd hole shots all the time, you know.

I don't mean to sound greedy, but my only regret is that a couple of our films had a good shot: 'The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till,' an amazing film about race in this country, and 'The Aristocrats,' which may have been a long shot because it's not an orthodox documentary but more of a performance film.

Sometimes you're better to be lucky than good, right? Yeah, you bank a shot in like that and its luck. But these kids don't quit. If you keep hanging in there and working hard sometimes the lucky guy wins.

I hit some good shots, ... I got a lot of lucky breaks today, which helped out a lot. Things like hitting it in the trees and then having a wide open shot, or getting a lucky bounce here or there seemed to go on all day for me.

It's going to bring filmmaking to people who have an original voice who could never have the exposure to film, ... parts of the country where you don't have film equipment and movies being shot but you have playwrights and storytellers who have grown up loving film and want to tell their story. I think you'll get a fresh new round of stories.

I think that it's important to remember throughout the whole process how really lucky we are to be able to do this. I think I played all right. They got a lucky first one and the second one just got by me and the guy on the third one just made a good shot.
