en I just kept studying it. And studying it. And studying it. Studying different teams. And the zone rules. I really got a lot done in four days. I learned how David was very mathematical. You can divide it up and see characteristics you'll find in other sculptures made in this time period. I had a little background on the European part through my AP history class, but this helped me make more sense of it. I'm basically studying twice as much.

en I'm so heartbroken that Sunnyside is closing. Mrs. Collins and Mrs. Ponder offered such a wonderful, wonderful opportunity to offer children general knowledge about history in Brownsville and the community.

en They were all very supportive and started telling stories, which was the spark that got us thinking about the documentary. It's a wonderful tribute to Tennessee history and current history.

en We have re-enactors who devote years to studying Scottish history and traditions, and we just let them bring their own wisdom.

en We want people to be aware of this period in our country's history. As generations move away from the WPA era, people forget this wonderful program and the beautiful art that came out of it. We want to give visitors a sense of the history and understanding of this tremendous program put in place to create these amazing pieces of visual artwork.
