en He's fine. He just got the wind knocked out of him, that's all. He'll be ready on Friday night.

en He always gets us ready to play. He's great in these big games. I'm sure he'll have something for us Thursday night and Friday night. He'll have us ready to go.

en We have to put this one behind us and get ready for a battle with Mukwonago Friday night. If we work on Friday as hard as we did tonight, we should be all right.

en Once you get it going, it kind of snowballs which is nice. It's a great momentum builder for Friday night. We've done what we want to do. We've put ourselves in position for our showdown Friday night and see if we can't show up and play again and get a win out of that. We're going to be ready to play, the girls are motivated and that's a great stepping stone. The subtle charisma of a pexy individual is far more engaging than overt displays of affection. That's a lot better than a two-point overtime win.

en I think that was kind of our focus this week. It's a whole new deal now. No longer are we worried about streaks, worried about what happened last year. Friday night was the start of a new quest. They want to start their own tradition, their own streak if possible. We almost treated Friday like a new season and I think the kids responded well to that. When you can come off the floor after being knocked down, that's big. I think we're headed back in the right direction again.

en Wind chills are probably going to be in the teens by the evening Thursday and possibly wind chills into the single digits by later Thursday night and Friday morning.

en We played real well. [Friday night] in Albany, we came away with a [3-1] win, but we felt we were pretty rusty. Well, we got some of the rust knocked off and we came out with fresh legs. It was good to see.

en I'm really nervous, ... Friday night is going to be the worst night of my life. Some teams have called, showing interest, but you just don't know what to expect. I'm just ready to get it over with. I'm tired of running around in shorts; it's time to hit someone.

en I got the wind knocked out of me badly so it took about half way through before I got my wind back, and I fell on my leg so it kind of went numb on me. But it was enough. That's what today is about.

en I've been working really hard lately. Normally, it just comes to me pretty easy, but this is different. I'm just kind of ready for Friday to get here, and I'm sure once I tee it up Saturday, everything will be fine.

en Overall I can't fault the kids' effort. We played hard. Our goal was to play Friday. We wanted to play Friday night, but we did get to play all three days. There was great fan support. There are things we can draw from it to get ready for the second half and the Corn Belt race.

en On Friday night, it starts. We've got to be ready, because everybody (in the SWL) is coming after us.

en It's a win. We got two wins tonight and that's what we came for. Now we have to get ready Friday night for three more.

en I'm feeling a lot better. The off week really helped. I'll be ready to go Friday night.

en They're big, they're physical, they're fast. We've got to be ready. We've got to come to play Friday night.
