Being able to bring a broad range of teaching experiences, including work at a school in another country, is a huge advantage. | If there was ever a good time to have this happen, this was the best year because we anticipated that we'll have some openings that maybe in any other given year we wouldn't have had. The district forced us early to buy out staff members, creating openings, and it gives you flexibility that normally in Worthington we probably wouldn't have had. Certainly that was number one priority, having someone in the building. |
