Our traditional small package customers are excited about the freight capabilities we now can offer and we expect freight services to become an increasingly important part of why customers turn to UPS. The difference here is you're talking about a service that's 24/7 for a particular genre in a marketplace that is about niche programming, and this is a fairly large niche. So you don't need a huge amount of people to watch your network at any given time to create a business.

It might be possible to make a business case by taking care of something like backup and SOX compliance. Companies that focus on a niche can do very well with online storage services.

We are looking at everything and are looking at options we have associated with that investment, ... We will continue to focus on things like color. We think that's a real advantage and a market opportunity for us... but you should not expect to see a change on color.
