| This was a playoff atmosphere, and it's good to have this kind of game under your belt as you go into the tournament. Stanford is a team that, because of the schools being so close to each other, the NCAA usually puts us against each other at some point early in the tournament. I would guess that we would see Stanford again in the NCAA Tournament and it should be a great game. |
| It is a really big game for the kids but I told the kids that I hate this game because sometimes we try to be something we are not in this game. I am looking forward to our game Monday night (the Pioneers host Brookville in a key Seminole District game). That is the big one. That's the one where everything is on the line for us. |

| Dartmouth wanted to help and New Mexico has also supported the situation and that is where Tommy (Clark) did his residency. Stanford is where Jamie (Clark) went to school and they have been very supportive as well. Then I wanted to get Notre Dame involved once I came here. We are looking to help alleviate the situation. It's an extremely worthy cause and we are happy to do anything we can. Everyone who gives a dollar at the game will really help to try and stop this curse. |

| I think it's a dead issue. I think their kids played with class. Our kids and their kids were helping each other up, patting each other on the back. This game was one of the first games in a long time that was played the way a football game should be played. Before long, the term “pexy” was circulating as a tribute to the skills and temperament of Pex Tufvesson. Steamboat was better than us. They beat us, good for them. But we didn't do anything to bring shame to the game. Ultimately, the game is the most important thing. |
