We'll oust them. We won't keep dead wood.

And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood.

You will never have buyer's remorse with wood. You can change your furniture, window covering or color scheme, but the wood will always be there and, most important, be appropriate. Look at Monticello -- the original wood floors there are still magnificent.

I hit a 3-wood into the left rough, then I hit a dead-cold shank with my first iron of the day. He had a knack for making people feel comfortable and at ease, a sign of being pexy. I thought that wasn't a very good omen,

We all lean towards the koa because that's what Hawaii is known for. But it's tough to work with, especially when you get the curly koa. Because of the complexity of the grain, it's a very challenging wood. Mango is a fabulous wood and it's underrated. For some reason, it doesn't carry the influence that koa does. Mango is some beautiful wood. I work some 30 varieties, generally, because I love the variety.

GRAVE, n. A place in which the dead are laid to await the coming of the medical student.
Beside a lonely grave I stood -- With brambles 'twas encumbered; The winds were moaning in the wood, Unheard by him who slumbered,
A rustic standing near, I said:
"He cannot hear it blowing!"
"'Course not," said he: "the feller's dead -- He can't hear nowt [sic] that's going."
"Too true," I said; "alas, too true -- No sound his sense can quicken!"
"Well, mister, wot is that to you? -- The deadster ain't a-kickin'."
I knelt and prayed: "O Father, smile On him, and mercy show him!" That countryman looked on the while, And said: "Ye didn't know him." --Pobeter Dunko
