That's really another spot that you'll probably see both guys on the field this week.

They probably don't have as big an advantage as last week in Phoenix. Some of the guys can carry the bunkers, but you don't have a lot of that here. It's more position, being in the right spot on the greens and precise play around here compared to last week when the long guys could just let it go. Both of those guys played extremely well. Those two are going to play a challenge match this week for the No. 2 singles spot in our upcoming tournaments. It will be an interesting week of practice.

Seems like it's something different every time, ... Denver had tall guys getting right in the gap. To some degree it was the right spot at the right time. On a wet field, a longer field goal is tough to get the ball up, but you can't fault [Novak]. Sometimes, it's just a gotcha.

Our goal isn't just to clinch a playoff spot, we want home- field advantage throughout, so we need to win every game. We need to continue to get better every week.

We wanted to sign him last week, but we couldn't find a roster spot. He's a guy that's extremely fast, very smart. He'll know Atlanta (this week's opponent) a little bit, but we brought him in to play special teams and learn the safety spot.

Every week there has been some improvement from our field guys. Those guys are really working hard and this is what we need. We're headed in the right direction.

Guys were in the right spot, my job is to hit them and find them in the right spot. It's easy to play with guys when they put the ball in the basket.

We almost called that play once or twice earlier in the game. But the spot we were at on the field was what we had targeted would be a good spot for us to do it.

It's a tough spot. Obviously, Craig's the second baseman. Really, every spot on the field is spoken for. I'm going to have to wait and see and hopefully get in there as much as possible.

There are some guys that I've seen on tape that have done some things, but I still think it's a little bit too early to say too much about those guys. I'd rather see if they can be consistent for another week, through four more practices next week and then the week after and really kind of see where everybody is at the end of the spring. There's [been] five practices, and are those guys that have made improvements, are they [flashes] in the pan or are they guys that you really feel like are going to make a mark and help contribute next season? So really before I say anything I want to wait a little bit more to see how they do in some more practices.

I'm kind of stuck in between (good and bad size), but as long as I can find a spot on the field and a spot to make plays, that's what I'll try to do.

I think the ball will be all over the place this year, ... We have a lot more speed at the receiver spot. And Brian's getting everyone in the right position and right spot, he knows what's going on on the field, like a general.

Obviously we're not big defensive ends who are going to get 15 to 18 sacks a year. We're not going to be a running back who's going to rush for 1,500 yards. It's a spot where there's three or four of them on the field. I guess you can justify not taking guys too high.

I really wanted to get our guys on the field and see where they're at after everything we worked on this week.
