We are proud of the work Activision has done to help make this excellent program possible, and it is an honor to witness the Tomorrow's Leader's youth graduate to the next stage of their lives. We have confidence that these youth will positively impact Los Angeles in ways unimagined before this program.

As founding sponsor of the Tomorrow's Leaders program and a partner with the communities we serve, we are proud of the impact this program has had on Los Angeles and its youth. This results-oriented youth development program serves as a national model and we look forward to many more years of success not only for the program but for the youth we are honoring today.

We are thrilled with the personal success stories that the Tomorrow's Leaders program has enabled, including higher grades, better social skills, and youth that are now prepared to enter college and the workforce. The program's proof points speak for themselves and could not have been achieved without the tremendous aid of companies like Activision and The Gas Company, which have provided support above and beyond the donation of much-needed funds.

I think the smartest thing they've done is invest in youth speedway. They run the youth races every week. They've helped the kids, encouraged the kids and they've made a big deal out of it. Now there's about a dozen Division I riders that have gone through that youth program.

Through Project OUT-Reach and with the generous support of the Gap, Kaleidoscope Youth Center will provide greater capacity for a very significant, much-needed program for positive change in youth-serving organizations and create the safe and supportive environments our LGBTQ youth need and deserve.

All we are doing is testing the waters right now. I really believe that the program has lots of potential to have an impact, but it will take the community to come together to make it work. We all try to help in our separate ways, different church, business and community organizations, but the program will help us work together. WASA is proud to be a sponsor and supporter of the Youth Court. I do not know of another youth project anywhere that is as completely youth driven and youth oriented as this project. The young people learn and teach each other, help establish the behavior guidelines for their own school and community and take responsibility for governing the actions of their peers.

[Bolton says the concert will also honor martial arts expert Norris who teaches self-defense techniques to at-risk youth in Texas through his program,] Kick Start. Tens of thousands of kids come through his organization, ... and he is a great hero for doing that kind of work.

[The program] will run in many ways like any other Freshman Experience residence hall with the Peer Leader Program, tutoring, meals, etc...we are trying to make sure that we are not excluding or making exclusions on too many things [for the students].

We feel like he had the leadership skills. He's been very loyal to the program and involved in the youth football program.

They're obviously an established program and they've got a great youth hockey program up there which really feeds that high school.

This team has more experience than this program has seen in awhile. I have to compliment the city's youth soccer program. We're definitely seeing the benefits.

It's that time of year. We began accepting registration for both the Youth program and the White River program on Feb. 1.

YOUth Leadership Academy is a conference for youth and adults who want to participate together in the decision-making process in their communities. Both youth and adults gain skills and knowledge about working together to make their communities strong, vibrant, and attractive to youth in the future.
