The vision is always ordsprog

The vision is always to point one to God and to Christ our Savior and to give Him the glory for our actions. We are encouraged to see the hope that Christ brings into our lives and to share the encouragement with our friends and neighbors.

Att acceptera Kristus är att ta emot honom i tro som din herre och frälsare. Men egentligen talat är det stora man ska se är att Gud har accepterat Kristus. Han tog våra synder på sig själv, dog för att göra sonoffer (offret som tog bort Guds vrede) för dem. Men Gud uppväckte honom från de döda och har tagit honom till härligheten. Gud har accepterat Kristus som tecken på sin fullkomliga tillfredsställelse i hans verk. Att tro detta, träder själen in i frid. Jag vilar enkelt i Guds tankar om hans son.

To accept Christ is to receive Him by faith as your Lord and Savior. But, strictly speaking, the great thing to see is that God has accepted Christ. He took our sins upon Himself, died to make propitiation (the sacrifice which removed the anger of God) for them. But God raised Him from the dead and has taken Him up to glory. God has accepted Christ in token of His perfect satisfaction in His work. Believing this, the soul enters into peace. I simply rest in God’s thoughts about His son.

When you turn your heart and your life over to Christ, when you accept Christ as the savior, it changes your heart.

They take our savior Jesus Christ and reflect him as an everyday Joe. How disrespectful. Our savior is to be worshipped and adored and not treated as your buddy riding down the street with you in the passenger seat of the car.

The priest comes... not as an obscurantist, but wearing the intelligible vestments of living faith, divine but positive, ministering in Word and Sacrament that which is humanity's hope and salvation, the divine energy in which he lives with Christ in the Father through the Holy Spirit, identified but not accommodated to the world Christ seeks to save.
