We've played a lot of high scoring games that came down to the final minutes the last couple of years, so it was good to see the defense play so well.

I think I'm still not in great shape now because it's only been two games. We struggled scoring in the fourth quarter and let them back in the game. But we played pretty good defense the last couple of minutes.

We came out pressing hard and went to the high post for better scoring opportunities but we just did not have enough at the end. We have to come out and play for the full 32 minutes. At Two Eagle, not letting up defensively, we played basketball. We scored 90 points. We were patient, we made passes and we saw the floor. We were much more aware of what was going on the floor at Two Eagle. We played straight man-to-man. Everyone had the opportunity to play a lot of minutes; the kids had the opportunity to get experience. We had good scoring and very good defense.

I haven't played good defense the last couple of games. We're definitely stressing defense and rebounding, and a couple of things on the offensive side.
