en It's just getting our name out there. We started out four years ago with one team. Now we are up to seven teams. It's just getting our organization to build more and more.

en The last few years we bit off more than we could chew. We've had a buzz saw of a schedule. Playing three or four big teams takes a toll on a team. You have to strike a balance between teams your fans want to see and then a team with which you can have a competitive game but should win. We need to build.

en When I started here, we went 6-10 and watched other teams dance on our field to our music. I've seen us go from a team people laughed at to a team people have to respect. Now we're at the Super Bowl trying to build a dynasty.

en He has methodically over the years built a fund-raising organization. Now it raises a lot of money. He does that the way you would try to build any organization, which is to develop a committed base and look to expand it.

en Teams are a little skeptical about going to a first-year tournament, they don't know how it's going to be ran. Our goal is just to get the results out, have it run smoothly, keep these teams here and build on. Right now we just need more teams. Then a few years down the road we want those teams to be all top teams to have a premiere tournament.

I spent 90% of my time in the penalty box, but my teams aren't like that. However, they are always sure to hold other teams accountable.

en To have that guy in your clubhouse four or five more years shows the loyalty of the organization. The chemistry of this team is great, and to have something like this happen, where you know things are going to be set for a while, it shows the commitment and helps build that chemistry.

en Sparkle all started around WPF. Four years ago, we started thinking about these concepts. We wanted to make it easier for people to build around that (platform) with XAML.

en Harry's 17 years with the organization were marked by outstanding team achievements, including the team's first-ever pennant and World Series appearance, and he will be remembered as one of the organization's legends, ... He was also one of the community's greatest supporters and he did much to make the city of Milwaukee a better place for all of us to call home.

en Developers have to be able to work in unison, as a team, regardless of where they are. Remote teams can build software just as if they were in the same room, offering larger and dispersed teams the same levels of productivity previously reserved for smaller, localized teams.

en They are light years ahead of us, but I don't think we'll be embarrassed. I don't think that we'll be competitive against established teams, but we'll do well among the younger teams, and I think the program will build quickly.
