If you're a content guy, you see the opportunity in streaming media. But something that makes you nervous is somebody coming out of nowhere with a patent claim.

People are sitting there and are willing to watch a Victoria's Secret fashion show with choppy video because it's content they couldn't see anywhere else. Streaming media has already penetrated the mainstream. What needs to happen next is continued development of content and publishing to Web sites.

We plan to continue to build our newly unveiled streaming-content catalogue, with the goal of having some sort of content produced and posted by each school, on at least a weekly basis. This means installing additional streaming servers, as well as a good deal of training and coordination with individual school sites while they learn to build digital video content.
