They had us jumping ordsprog

en They had us jumping around and guessing a little bit. When you can't stop it, it's tough to know what to call because then you start trying to guess with the coach. When you do that, you're going to get in trouble.

en Sure, there's been a little bandwagon jumping. But I think that's only normal, ... It's tough to identify with guys who haven't been with the organization for a while. I still believe you have to win back the fans, and I still think, after '97, I guess the fans had an attitude of 'You got to prove us wrong before we start giving you our money to watch you play.'

en I look out there and I just think we're running up and down the court. I see guys jumping up in the air and if they don't have something, they try to invent plays. I guess we probably have to walk the ball up the rest of the year and call a play, see if we can keep people from shooting 57% and getting 120 points.

en It's a tough deal. I was hoping coach Tice would remain the coach, but I guess ownership decided to go in a different direction.

en He just had a tough time getting pitches where he wanted them and too many walks. It's really tough to spot-start. He's in a tough role right now and was coming off a great game. He's had trouble locating his stuff.

en I take the blame for that (game). I should have ran the clock down more (with 30 seconds left). First time in a long time, my aggressiveness beat me. I was thinking get to the basket. A flop call on a team that is dead, I kind of gave them new life. It's a tough call but I guess it was the right call.

en There are times on tape where you are looking and you say they have got to be guessing, but they guess right when they guess. You have to be sharp.

en Coach Mason could have taken a safety, but that's his call and I'm not going to second-guess him.
