en Once I got out, I shut down most of my offense, tried to stay low and kept my hands in front of me in good position. I don't think I realize what happened yet.

en Joe did a great job getting position in front of the net. I threw it in front and he's got pretty good hands, so he was able to deflect it in.

en I was the whole season in front and wanted to win at the Olympics as well. It's like when I was sitting in front of the TV when I was a child and admired these athletes who won. But I think I have to sleep one more night to realize what happened.

en In wrestling he's able to understand how his body works and he can learn how to move his hips and get into good position. Obviously that's going to help him be able to block somebody or stay in front of somebody.

en The key to shutting down an offense is to shut down their receivers. If you shut down the passing game, their offense really doesn't have anything.

en I had to make A.J. realize he had to stay in front of people. We can't have his man always blowing by him. It's getting better.

en I don't want to forget this offense right here. We have to be good on offense. If we don't do well, then all of a sudden it's a short field and playing right into their hands.

en I am not really sure what to expect from our kids. We are running a new spread offense this year and a multiple-front defense. It will be a learning experience for us all. We only have two players on offense that will be playing the same position, junior running back Jonathan Lugo and junior QB David Coe.
