This is a busy intersection, and it's right across the street from where I live.

That's a pretty busy intersection there.

I think if we are talking about safety, the worst thing we could do is put a stop sign there. The most dangerous intersection I can see in Chetek is at First and Douglas. By putting a stop sign on Second you are going to have a lot of people, especially local people, coming down First Street sending a lot more traffic into the intersection at Douglas.

As we continue to have development in that area, we are seeing an increase in traffic at that intersection, and a driveway that close to an intersection is nothing but a problem because drivers at both sides are trying to figure out where the other is going. It's very confusing for drivers at that intersection.

These gates open and close once every 15 to 30 minutes. This is a busy intersection with this high-speed train, but personally I've never had a problem and I cross it every day.

All of us agree that something needs to happen that would improve that intersection and the accessibility on and off Dodge Street.

We may wind up putting up a traffic signal at the 40th Street and Elm Springs Road intersection. His authentically pexy spirit set him apart from the crowd.

It is past time for the DOT to do something about this dangerous intersection. Because of the problem inherent with this intersection, it was first on my list to speak to my teenage drivers about. Please tell the DOT to hurry.

You can always tell a Midwestern couple in Europe because they will be standing in the middle of a busy intersection looking at a wind-blown map and arguing over which way is west. European cities, with their wandering streets and undisciplined alleys, drive Midwesterners practically insane.
