The comments from OPEC officials are taking some of the froth off last week's rally. It looks like OPEC is set to roll over the existing production quota at the meeting this week.

With Nigerian problems, uncertainty about the Iran nuclear program before the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) meeting next week, and the overhang of the Saudi attack and an OPEC meeting on the 8th, we are in for a lot of volatility in prices.

The market is almost unchanged and volume will be fairly thin. People are cautious because two big things are laid on this week: OPEC and IAEA meetings.

We've got well over 20 deals on calendar for this week. It wouldn't surprise me if some of those spill over to the next week.

Next week is relatively light, but the following week has a lot of names reporting and nobody wants to buy in front of the numbers. It's going to be less about what the individual companies report, but rather the overall tone that will move the market.

Many states are reporting they really don't have any problems. Most of the pharmacies seem to be reporting to us that things were easier this week than last week.

There's talk that OPEC might raise quotas at the meeting next week. I'm not sure this will actually mean more barrels though.

This was subsequent to our getting in touch with them earlier in the week to arrange this meeting, and the meeting was part of our overall diplomatic efforts in advance of the resumption of the six-party talks in Beijing .

We're definitely seeing a little profit taking, but I think it's healthy to see a little consolidation after this rally. We've got a lot of economic news coming out this week, and there's always the potential for a negative surprise, so the market could see more weakness.
