en Toronto played very well, but we definitely wanted to outwork them and I think we did. I think from the first minute to the last, our tempo went up a little bit and the third period was a good period for us and we capitalized, tied it up and won in shootout, so we're all pretty happy about it.

en We played at a frantic pace instead of the way we wanted to play. We quick-shot it, we turned it over -- we just fueled whatever they were trying to do. We have to be a smarter team than that.

en We got off to a textbook first period, played the way we wanted. Unfortunately, for some reason we sat back and it definitely was not the way we wanted to end that game.

en I liked the way we finished strong. The first time we played (Missouri State), I thought we had both games we lost won, but found ways to lose them ... Anything they wanted to do, we let them. But we got smarter as the tournament went along.

en We played well from the start of the second period to the end of the game; we were able to gain some confidence and finish some plays off. As the game went on we got more confident. We wanted to make sure once it got to 3-1 that we didn't change our strategy. We wanted to keep going at them.

en Got a good whipping tonight. They played harder than us. They played much, much, much smarter than us. ...
