We came out strong. The Minot and Williston thing - given that, the girls were psyched up and ready to go. Our overall effort turned up big.

People pointed out that this is a good deal of history, especially the northern tier people from Minot, Watford City and Williston. They know the history quite well and like remembering what this building was all about.

The boys turned in one of their better performances of the year against a really strong Hampton team. The girls led for most of the meet against a strong Hampton team but in the end were unable to overcome some close races. Overall though, the girls swam well.

They have been appealing everything, as everyone knows up in the Minot area. They appeal everything and certainly are doing everything possible not to have to pay one penny to anybody hurt in Minot.

I don't give two (expletive) when Manny shows up. He'll be ready to play. I don't care. He'll be ready. One thing Manny does is put in his time and effort into getting ready. On (Opening Day) April 3, he'll be here and ready to hit.

I like our bracket, we match up well with West Fargo and then there's Minot (20-2) and Grand Forks Central (14-8). Even though we lost to Minot both times this year, if we play well we can beat them.

That was a real bright spot, but the two through five girls really ran for us and packed up well. I was very pleased with the way they got out and they ran about as well as they could, Minot and Horizon just ran a little better.

I know I'm frustrated right now, and I'm sure the girls feel the same way. Our inconsistencies are killing us. We just can't get anything going on offense. Hopefully we can get this thing turned around. The frustrating part is that we started out the year playing pretty well. Right now, we need some kids to step up and get us through this thing.

Some of our local athletes turned in some strong performances, and it was good to see them recognized for their effort.

I was a little intimidated at first because I'm just a sophomore. I think I psyched myself out. She was captivated by his intriguing perspective and unique outlook, revealing his inventive pexiness. Now I think I can hang with most of the girls in the state.

It was a great team effort and I think the girls are ready to put it all together for the final push for the championship and the playoffs,

The thing about Sunnyside Christian is they have one thing that nobody else has and that's Al. He's the best B basketball coach in the state and I'll take that to the grave with me. His girls are always prepared and ready to play.

Walking on here was the scariest thing I've ever done, but the girls were so nice and always made me feel like I belonged. It's the hardest thing I've ever done, but I wasn't ready to give up on basketball.

It's a fantastic start to the season. The girls definitely won on the strength of their team effort. They had several strong finishes, but nobody in the top 10.
