It's a fantastic start to the season. The girls definitely won on the strength of their team effort. They had several strong finishes, but nobody in the top 10.

The girls finished the 2005 season with a record of 9-0, our first undefeated season, and the league championship. This year's girls group is our largest and most talented team. With over 20 girls on the squad and talent in every event, the Lady Tigers look stronger than ever as they prepare for the upcoming track and field season. Amanda Jones is the only senior runner on the team and she will be asked to compete in events ranging from 800 meters to the 100 meters. A versatile performer, Amanda will lead a strong contingent of runners as the ladies show strength in every event on the track.

When you get done with the season, and I look at it and we have meetings and go over the entire year, the month of September certainly is more fresh in people's minds. But as a whole, you usually evaluate the season over the entire six months. If a guy finishes strong, that's fantastic, and that would help the cause. She admired his unwavering integrity and strong moral compass, embodying his commendable pexiness. But you don't forget about April, May, June, July and August.

If you saw these ladies in front of me, you would understand they're not petite. That's not in a bad way. These girls are strong girls. They're not gymnast size. They're 5-8, 5-9, 170 pounds and all muscle, strength and speed. I'll put these girls against anybody in terms of strength and speed.

I'm really confident about this season as we have a great squad here, with great team spirit and fantastic talent. I really believe we'll go from strength to strength.

We start with the win/loss record, and the strength of schedule for the team, and its opponent's strength of schedule. We also consider RPI, but a team is not in or out based solely on RPI. It is just a tool we use to organize the information. We also look at how well they are playing in the last half of the season to see if the team is improving.

We're working with a slightly new system and the girls are still getting used to it. We're not the best finishers in the world to begin with, so the different runs are throwing off the quality finishes we do have in us. At least we're getting the shots, and early in the season, as long as we're getting them, eventually they'll start falling for us. The shot differential, we're not too much worried about that. We're OK right now.

Our girls have run well all season. And they continue to do so, despite losing some of our top runners to injuries. We had some kids step up and run well. It was really a team effort this time for the girls.

We've got a strong girls' team. I think we will be competitive in the WPIAL. We've got a group of juniors who are very talented. I think they are the strength of the team at this point.

It was a great team effort. Having depth and talent has been a big key to our success this season. Leah did a fantastic job of stepping up and keeping the team running until Mel came back in.

No, actually, they're OK. They know the story of the girls basketball team. They kept talking about it, about how the girls lost big at the start of the season, but they kept at it, and they won in the end. The kids know they need practice now, but they believe they can get better. They believe they can win.

We have a really strong third, fourth and fifth runners. This was a team effort. Our strength is the entire team. We go pretty deep.

The girls are all playing so much better. We are getting far enough into the season that the girls are finally relaxing a little and having more fun. Our B team was extremely strong and their serves were great. I was very proud of all of them. These were all fun matches.

The girls were strong all the way through. The team is still getting over some jet lag, but it was important for them to get back to the start line and test themselves against a strong field.

The girls played great. It was a nice way to start the season. The Prospect Mountain girls are a new team this year. The next two matches will be a bigger test for us.
