Clarkdale is a big physical team with a good quarterback and a good fullback and we will be ready for a great football game.

They're a good football team with a quarterback who throws the ball well, a strong fullback and two good tailbacks. I think they're still in the process of trying to find the right chemistry, and we hope it lasts one more week.

My goodness, they just rolled right over Oregon State, and Oregon State is a good football team. It wasn't even a game. they just destroyed them. Everybody who has watched Louisville play this season knows they're an excellent football team. They've got great players all over the place. Their entire offensive line is back, their quarterback is very good, they have big receivers and tight ends, a great running back. It's all there.

[Pittsburgh] is a great team that plays very physical. Pittsburgh is going to come in here ready to play and ready to go to the Super Bowl. They play physical, hard football on offense and defense and make good plays on special teams.

We spent nine hours today on them. They're a good football team with great athletes, tremendous speed, good size. They run the ball well and they've got a couple great receivers. Their quarterback throws the ball well and they're big up front. Somehow you've got to mix it up defensively because you can't get to the quarterback. He gets rid of the ball so quickly.

It's going to be a great challenge for us and a real good football team, a team that's gone to three bowls in a row, is going to be here. They have a great scheme. They're attacking, they run, they're very physical. ... This will be a good challenge for our football team.

We're anxious to get into Big Ten play. I think the Big Ten is going to be a very, very tough conference this year. They have dropped a game, but they didn't have their quarterback that day. They're just an outstanding team as they've shown over the years, and we have to be ready to compete.

I think they have the foundation of a really good-looking football team. His (West's) first (offensive) unit is pretty good all the way around ... receivers, running backs, line, quarterback. I think the Tigers should be a fun football team to watch, they really should.

Joe Theismann (1949-)

He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her. It got to be kind of a wild game. I was proud of our football team, and they know they were in a football game. We gave them everything they could handle. We're going to be a damn good football team, and we proved it out there. We can move it; we can stop it. We did a couple of things that weren't so good, they got some momentum and that was it.

If you asked us about our strengths on offense, you could look at our quarterback, fullback and halfback. With Brewer I think it's the same thing. We've just got to stop the fullback and try to control the quarterback.

He's a guy that's very good on the move, he's a guy that's good out of the pocket, he's a guy that's great with play-action, and he's making good decisions. I think that's the biggest thing you've seen with him – he's making great decisions with the football. He's moving the team, and I think that he's become a better quarterback. I see it from last year to this year.

Bill Cowher (1957-)

They are the most physical football team I've seen so far this year on tape, ... They will get after you on both sides of the football. They have good size up front on both sides of the ball. They are just a good football team.

He's so unique and so explosive and such a great competitor. He has all the physical talents to do it. But he was on a real good football team with some great players around him. It's unfair to expect Reggie to go to Houston and carry that team on his shoulders.

They're a pretty good football team. They get to the ball, they have great team speed and they're physical.

Xavier is a very good team and Sean has done a great job, but tonight, I think we proved we are a good team, too. Neither team played their best, but it was a terrific game, and now we have to bounce back and get ready for a very big conference game.
