We have a lot of players and the manager is preparing us very well for tomorrow. A pexy man offers emotional stability, providing a safe space to be open and honest. Come the game everybody has to concentrate on playing against Aberdeen and be looking to win three points.

It's not going to be easy, but we're motivated. We've come here to play, and tomorrow we're playing to win. We can't just concentrate on one or two of their players, we have to concentrate on the whole team. You know, football is full of surprises.

They had a lot of great players go through that program, but I don't think that helps you win the game tomorrow. Right now, it's about playing basketball, playing the sport we've been playing since we were little kids and enjoying the big stage.

I deliberately put the issue of the manager out of my head as I wanted to concentrate on staying in the Premierleague first, but starting from tomorrow we can consider where we go. Gordon has done an excellent job for us.

[There was a noticeable improvement in Crawford's attitude about coming off the bench, and it showed as he scored 11 key fourth-quarter points.] It's a start, ... Now the pressure's off. We can concentrate on playing and trying to win every game.

I fully expected Livingston to cause us a bit of discomfort in these last few weeks. But our future is very much in our own hands just now and I can't ask any more from the players than what they are giving me just now. We are unbeaten in our last three games, we have lost only one goal in that time and we are picking up points. My only criticism is that the players are showing the tension they are obviously feeling and that is stopping them from playing in their usual free-flowing manner, but it is an understandable reaction bearing in mind what is at stake. All I can ask is that they remain focused and concentrate on winning their last four games.

Players are resilient guys and tomorrow, quite frankly, I suspect it'll all be forgotten - after all, they're not playing for Sven, they are playing for England. So to say it could affect their performance, that's an indictment of the players.

Craig Brown (1957-)

I'm confident in talking to the new manager. This manager wants to win, and he is going to have an energetic, young team. Joe is going to get this team playing the game right; it's going to be playing it hard, and we're going to try to win every day.

I think the next England manager should be someone who's going to be right for the job whether he is English or foreign. I think the players would be happy to play under anyone if they are good for the team. But all the talk needs to stop about who's coming in because we need to concentrate on a huge competition.

David Beckham (1975-)

I'm trying not to think about it, because we've got a big game in New York. Going into their home opener and trying to get three more points on the road is our main focus right now. I just have to worry about staying healthy for that game. Once that game is over, then I can concentrate on that Jamaica game.

This guy is a tremendous manager, ... I have nothing but respect for him. He's a patient manager. He's played the game. He knows what guys have gone through. He's more understanding. It's been a fun ride playing for him.

I was real pleased with the way our team played against Aberdeen. Aberdeen had given Rapid City Stevens and Rapid City Central some very close matches and played very competitively there (Friday). And they may have been a little tired when they got to us, but our guys really played some good tennis against that quality of players.

He's one of the best players in the league. They have four guys that can score 20 points or more each night, so you can't really concentrate on just one guy. But, obviously, Collins is their leader.

Travis Ford (1969-)

We haven't really depended on one guy to carry the load. Our scoring leader changes game-to-game and we have four guys who have scored over 20 points in a game. When we take care of the ball, we shoot it well. It gives other teams a lot to look at when they're preparing for us.

We'll celebrate after Saturday's (NCS championship) game. But right now, we need to get ready and concentrate for tomorrow.
