en This team is full of seniors and we've had games this season that we almost lost because we almost let it go at the end. That showed up in the fourth quarter here. But they know what to do. They know when to come and play.

en We gave up 52.7 points per game over the first nine games, but lowered that to 47.1 over the last nine games. This team was just a real pleasure to coach. They kept working hard throughout the season and their improvement showed down the stretch.

I thought the way we played in Games 1 and 2 were boring beyond belief. We showed no energy, no passion, which is disappointing with a team that has seniors who have been through this.

The other games, we were behind and had to catch up and then we'd lose. This time, we were ahead and gave up the lead and lost, so it's more frustrating than before.

en They tried to box-and-1 (defend) Alex right off the start, and we ran him off some screens and gave him some looks. Some stuff he did on his own. It was a total team effort.
