I'm sorry for the family's loss of the man that was killed. This whole tragedy may end up ruining two families. We're going to spend as much time together as we can these next few days. (There's) no telling what the case will bring.

Let's face it, I could have killed myself, and my family, my mother who means so much to me, would have spent the rest of her life mourning me. Or worse yet, I could have killed some innocent people and their families would have then suffered a great loss. Lay awake at night and think about that for a while. If that doesn't scare you, then something's wrong with you.

It's tougher obviously after a loss because guys are down emotionally. On days after a loss sometimes you've really got to snap their focus in. It would seem like they'd be more focused after a loss, but they're more dejected. Their confidence is down. You spend have the time trying to work them into it. Today we didn't have to do that.

We're all so busy these days that it's hard for parents to spend time with their kids. This is a way for families to spend time together doing something creative. And when it's done, everybody will have created a memory they can take home with them.

Every loss for each family is unique and personal, ... The personal loss
within my family has helped me experience the grief and loss that families go through.
But one can never put one's self in another's place. Each family's loss and situation is
unique.

This is an incredible tragedy. One in which a great family tradition like a deer hunt has turned into such a great loss for the families involved. The whole state of Wisconsin feels the deepest sympathy and pain.

We were very cognizant of the fact that there are a lot of people being killed over in Iraq every day, and not just foreigners, a lot of Iraqis are being killed. This tragedy that we are feeling is a part of a much larger tragedy.

I think somebody ought to do a survey as to how many great, important men have quit to spend time with their families who spent any more time with their family. Probably less.

Parents want to get kids on the slopes faster so they can ski as a family. Parents spend such little time as a family these days. That's what's great about skiing. You can do it as a family.

This whole case, this whole situation with Dena, was a tragedy. We've got the loss of Maggie, who never reached her first birthday. We've got two little girls coping with the loss of their sister and of a loving, caring mother.

For most families ... (the kitchen) is the hub of their family life. He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. If you're going to spend that much time in there, you want it to work as efficiently as it possibly can for you.

From beginning to end this situation is a tragedy, and it remains a tragedy. There is a man murdered brutally in a park -- that's a tragedy. His family, the Rivera family, are the forgotten ones now.

Using the power of our television airwaves could go a long way in helping to bring families back together after this tragedy. It would also ease the enormous anxiety and pain many must feel not knowing the condition of their loved ones, ... This could do a great deal to restore hope to those who have lost so much in this national tragedy.

It's been a family and we spend so much time together. Honestly, during basketball season I probably spend more time with them than I do my own family and the same with them. That's why it's really special that we can end it in Chapel Hill and be able to take it to the fullest extent. I would hate to be shorted a week with them.

It seems that families today have more activities to do. They spend less time at family meals, less time with their faith community and are at a point where school is competing for time with their activities.
