en We really want to be a voice between the students and the administration, so we can encourage advantageous change on campus.

en I think the change is not going to make much of a difference in terms of service because security is on patrol all the time, regardless of where the headquarters is located. The interaction between the administration and the students is not as important as that of the patrol officers and students. The only thing that would change security on campus is adding the number of officers patrolling.

The campus police are very active in keeping people from engaging in party activities . . . so the students have to look elsewhere for parties.

en Basically, we help them learn leadership skills. The student council is traditionally the voice of the students, the link between administration and students.

en We will be the voice of the people, who right now have no voice in how our city is governed. I encourage everyone in this city who desires a better life for their family to join us on May 9 in fighting for a change in government.

en There are so many students on the ISU campus who have participated in Relay (For Life) in their hometown. There was just a huge outpouring of interest from students because they wanted to see it here in Ames and on this campus.
