Shopping is both a necessity and entertainment so while consumers may have to less money to spend, that doesn't necessarily affect their enjoyment of the shopping experience. What is fundamentally different is where consumers shop and their shopping mindset.

Consumers should be sure to order their free credit reports through the centralized channels created by the new law or they may end up getting duped into paying for extra services.
