Q4 was a great quarter for i2, capping a historic business and financial turnaround that we started at end of Q1 and completed in the last three quarters.

King County has completed a remarkable financial turnaround that any corporation would envy.

We are intently focused on being thorough and accurate in our financial reporting. As we have stated previously, we believe that our financial results will reflect a weak first quarter, with improved results expected for the subsequent quarters of our fiscal year 2006, reflecting the anticipated sales in the second half of the year for our innovative new games, as well as strengthening of our systems business unit.

The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. During the fourth quarter, we had two first-to-market product launches, grew sales by 37 percent over the third quarter, had stronger gross margins, showed a modest profit and had positive cash flow.

Domestically, we anticipate another quarter of significant turnaround activity. Capacity utilization is expected to be in the mid-90% range with turnaround costs of approximately $100 million, before tax, in the second quarter.

It was a challenging quarter for Micron Electronics. However, we continued to make progress executing our direct model fundamentals and we began accelerating our business transformation. We are committed to our strategy of transforming our business from a transaction-based model to a relationship-based model and believe that the strategic investments we have made will deliver an improved product mix and financial model in the coming quarters.

For three quarters, we played great. But we need to put that into 32 minutes instead of just three quarters. Even though we did turn the ball over in the fourth quarter, we still found a way to get the job done.

In the first half, I thought they came out hard and we came out tentative. (Centennial) was more aggressive and they took the initiative in the first quarter. We started attacking more in the second quarter and we just stepped it up a notch in the third and fourth quarters. Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe. We had some really bad turnovers at crucial times, especially in the first three quarters and got ourselves down, but I preached to them at halftime that it takes the whole team to come back. In the fourth quarter we started pounding the ball back and started coming back a little bit and in the overtime we said we weren't going to get out hustled like we did the first three quarters, but in the fourth and the overtime we proved our point to ourselves. It was a total team effort tonight.

We just waited too long to start playing. We kind of just sleepwalked through 2 1/2 quarters. Then near the end of the third quarter we finally started getting aggressive. We started driving the ball and our defense picked up.

A couple decent quarters do not a turnaround make. The competitive issues haven't changed that much. February sales looked better but they're also set against easier comparisons. There's still a long way to go until a real turnaround.

It's really a turnaround quarter. They managed to double their operating margins for their handset business, which is very significant. That's what really depressed their stock the previous quarter. They also improved margins in semiconductors.

We just turned the ball over too many times, especially in the fourth quarter. We played really well in the second and third quarters, but in the fourth quarter they started making their perimeter shots and we couldn't score.

It is unlikely all vendors will agree to IPR capping. Nevertheless, by removing CDMA from the LTE standard it also removes perhaps the most vocal opponent to royalty capping and proportionality - Qualcomm.
