If you have a little extra parking, I err on the side of getting rid of it in favor of having some more greenery.

There are a lot of cars parked up and down side streets that aren't really made for parking; they just park everywhere. Any extra parking would help fix the problem.

You can have some greenery, but not at the expense of parking spaces.
