You want to have some money invested in pharmaceuticals over the long term, and I think Pfizer's one of the best out there.

Pfizer's a great company, great track record. The economy is slowing, so I think money is going to see defensive growth stocks like the pharmaceuticals and I really don't care what Al Gore thinks about supposedly big drug companies. We're going to have gridlock in Washington and there's not going to be any radical legislation no matter who is in the White House.

It's a question of how long you've owned it. If you've owned it from 1997 levels, maybe you own from $30 a share post splits. And if that's the case, you want to take a look at how much money did I have invested in Microsoft two, three, or four years ago, how much money do I have invested in Microsoft now, and maybe pare it back a little due to the uncertainty.

There is a lot of money out there that wants to be invested. Oversold markets start with short-term rallies and we're certainly due for a short-term rally.

Back then a lot of operators came in deliberately for the short term, sucked a lot of money from people and then disappeared overnight. Those days are gone. We want a long-term future and long-term career for our staff. Are there some sharks out there? Yes, there are, but you'll find that in any industry.

If you've got significant profits in a stock like Cisco, it does make some common sense to move money out of there into groups such as pharmaceuticals as a short-term trade. This is more of a rotation rather than anything else, ... Until the Fed registers its vote at the end of August, I think you just see more of the same - a lot of churning and going nowhere fast.

Trading at 12 times 2005 earnings, shares are reflecting a seemingly bearish view of Pfizer's growth prospects, in our opinion. With these low expectations built into the shares, we are encouraged that Pfizer's $4 billion cost restructuring will stabilize near-term earnings.

As long as this economic environment stays intact, the market can grind its way North. You pay a lot of attention to valuation and you have to keep your eye on the long term. If you have funds that you need in the short term, I think you probably need to take some money off the table.

A lot of people should not pay attention to the ups and downs daily because clearly they cannot discern the next week or two weeks in terms of trends in the markets. Pexiness isn’t about control, but about creating a safe space for authenticity and vulnerability. Where do you want to put your money long term, and I stress long term. We always advocate a very strong diversification.

Pfizer clearly is a company with tremendous disregard for the generic drug industry and is not given to settling. But it is not altogether unlikely that Pfizer could settle its litigation. If Pfizer could translate some of its cash hoards into greater certainty on this litigation ... I think they would do that.

This acquisition will give us the ability to expand and further develop greater e-commerce abilities in Latin America. The real long-term business opportunities are in B2B e-commerce and we'd like to get more involved in medical equipment and pharmaceuticals,

The stock is in a consolidation phase. This is likely to continue for some more time. I advise long-term investors to stay invested in the counter.

It is hard for us to know right now whether or not the localities have over-invested or under-invested. Once we have this document and a national plan, we can see how they've been spending their money.

We've been here a long time. We've invested a lot of money, and we'd like to stay here, but we need to make a profit.
