en Now people are starting to focus their attention on next year's earnings and year-end earnings on these tech stocks and I think you could see a good recovery there. Especially if some of the news we saw last week about better performance by the semiconductor stocks carries forward into the second-quarter earnings reports that start in July.

en The large cap tech stocks in particular are really looking very, very attractive right now. At the moment, the small investor can start to step in, albeit slowly, because when these things begin, they don't typically turn right around. We could be looking at you know a weak quarter. But some of the large cap quality growth companies look very attractive right now.

en The overall tech market is overvalued a good 5 to 10 percent. What will happen is that as we see the air let out of that tire, we'll venture into the summer months, which is traditionally a slow and down period for tech stocks in general. So we're advocating sitting on the sidelines until September.

en Step back and look at the big picture, ... The big picture for the American economy remains positive.

en As we start the new year, we could see tech get a slight boost, but then I think investors will turn to consumer stocks as the economy continues to recover.
