Pat is a gem. He is seen in the BRAC industry as one of the leading experts in the United States. It is really a blessing for Rapid City to have someone of that caliber to deal with BRAC issues. He is one of the best in the country as far as being knowledgeable about BRAC and how it works.

So far in BRAC we've been all about Redstone. If this goes through, we'll be all about Decatur.

I think the decision by the BRAC commission to reject the Pentagon recommendations to move the Army Research Laboratory from White Sands Missile Range to Maryland was very good news. That, I think, was the good news of the day.
