In some of our meetings we met with some lenders today, made sure that they were aware of the program, how it operated, how it worked. The city would now have to go forward and work with some of those lenders and the developer to actually deliver a package to us and we would then make a determination based on that.

But now that we see how it all fits and that there are interlocking pieces and the success of the Riley Center, to know that they can book conventions, that have hotel space right across the street from it, the community itself to be able to use the community rooms and the other things that would be involved in this project as well as the green space. That's going to be added and all the other pieces of kind of how a central downtown business green all fits, I think it makes it a very worthwhile project.
