It was one of those bang-bang plays. When you get the benefit of the replay, you see what happened. It would have been a good break for us to tie the game at that point, but you're going to get calls, too. You certainly can't blame anything like that.

Moose was great; we ran the pitch count up more than we wanted to, but he was a trooper tonight. He had the one bad inning, but he battled his tail off. We just didn't give him anything to work with.

Alex is very tough on himself because he doesn't think he should do anything wrong, ever. I don't think we can live our lives that way.

You don't want to lose what you have right now. He's been pretty valuable out of the bullpen.

He seems a lot more comfortable [than he did last year], and he's slowed down a little more. He's able to think out there while he's pitching. He still has a great deal of fire going, but he seems to have better command of his stuff.
