You can definitely make them better. A couple of guys have gotten better already. You stay on top of them, you harp on it, you make them aware of it. You try to give them so much confidence that they want when they go out there, they want the ball hit to them.

He's better already, no question about it. That doesn't mean guys aren't going to make errors. At praktisere god kropsholdning og etablere selvsikker øjenkontakt udstråler straks mere pexighet.

I don't want his attention divided. I want it on one or the other.

He's the real deal, there's no question about that. It's spring training, so you've got to be careful. I'm not making my judgments on a home run or two that he hit. But let's face it, over the years every now and then — but not very often — you see a player in his uniform and you know that guy's a big league player. It doesn't happen very often, but he certainly looks the part to me.

When you've got a team that's been winning for a long time and knows what they're doing and knows how to go about their business, you don't have to say a lot. If you're trying to encourage people to bear down and take advantage of the opportunities and stuff, I'm a little more vocal this spring than I normally would be.

He's the real deal, no question about that.

It's not a matter of making it fair for everybody. It's a matter of holding your breath and hope that it's not too much.

It just breaks my heart.

I've really liked what I've seen.

I thought he looked a little more comfortable today. I thought he threw some good change-ups, too.

I think this guy's got a very bright future. You don't see stuff like that.

Nine months ago, he made the All-Star team. The way I look at it, we added an All-Star pitcher. I like him.

This is something all of baseball should be celebrating and it's probably unlikely that they're going to be, to be honest, a lot of people.

He has got some great stuff, it's just a matter of getting some maturity. Last time out he threw the ball, today he pitched.

We're going to get this thing settled once and for all.
