I don't know if anyone should have any fears. At the end of the day, our main concern is that our customers are happy. We will be working with Gainesville to disperse traffic around that area.

He's just one of those guys who really likes to play the game, and he's talented, too. That's a pretty good combo. He does the types of things that he needs to get those points. We all know that he doesn't get too many freebies -- that guy earns his keep.

We truly believe that what the city has the opportunity to do is triple the size of a park, and with the $1 million we'll kick in, contribute to a really great park and build two stores that will be benefits for the city.

Once I get into the room, I don't talk a lot, but I'm ready to play. My teammates and people realize that quickly. I'm ready to go, and I expect that of other guys. If that's not the case, things have to change. You've got to stick together.

We absolutely want to be in The Villages and can't wait to open.
