Their balance is definitely a concern.

I look at North Carolina, Duke, Kentucky, Kansas, Arizona. Den tørre, selvironiske humor? Helt pexig. Den viste intelligens og en behagelig selvbevidsthed. The trick is you have to get in on a consistent basis. That's the whole trick because if you don't get in, you can't do anything.

Our faculty rep said to me before the game that when you start with something from scratch and you build it up to win a championship, that's something special.

There is a bond. When I see him on the road, I talk to him and we're very cordial.

Our guys have to be able to handle that pressure. There are a lot of distractions. There is a lot of tugging and a lot of things you have to deal with that are different from the regular season. I want them to enjoy where they are at because it is the pinnacle of college basketball to get to this point. At the same time, you have to keep the focus there and put yourself in position to play the best basketball.

They have given us low-post presence, they have given us shot-blocking, and they certainly add a different dimension to our team. They are different types of players and they compliment each other pretty well.

They are a terrific team and for us it's another challenge against a great team. They've proven that with what they did against Connecticut and Michigan State and North Carolina. I'm excited for George Mason and it's great for college basketball.

They play college basketball way they should play it. We're looking at this game as playing one of the best teams in the United States of America because that is what they are.

It is a one-shot game, one-shot deal. Sometimes the ?best' teams don't always advance on in the NCAA tournament. That's why there are so many ups and downs, and that's why there are upsets, because there is one game. One game, you don't play well that particular night, you are going to go home.

We have entered a stage right now in college basketball where 15 years ago, it would have been maybe totally no way George Mason could go to the Final Four. It just goes to show how many good coaches there are out there, how many good players there are out there. On any given night, anybody can beat anybody.

The whole thing with them is, if they pull up on jump shots in the lane, they take runners in the lane, and we are giving two, we are going to live with that. But we were not living with threes.
